Biography - Gary Twins

The Thun band “Gary Twins” will take you to the southern states with their whisky-soaked vocals, slide guitar and southern rock. Are you ready for the journey?

After four years of band history, two EPs and numerous concerts, their debut album “On The Road” was released in November 2023. The Gary Twins played over 200 shows, including at the legendary Mühle Hunziken, the Konzertfabrik Z7 (special guest for Andreas Kümmert), the Seaside Festival Spiez, Café Bar Mokka, the Cholererock Openair, the Openair Malans and the Thunfest, convincing a large number of spectators of their southern rock. In summer 2022, they also opened for Rival Sons, a US rock band from California. In the fall of 2022, they moved to the Groovefactory studio in Bern and teamed up with experienced producers Luk Kipfer and Mitch Finger, both known from the band The Souls. The result is a collection of colorful songs inspired by big names like AC/DC, Gary Clark Jr. or the Teskey Brothers. “Gary Twins” are Fabian Streit (guitar, blues harp & backing vocals), Dominic Gerber (drums, percussion & backing vocals), Sascha Rüegsegger (vocals & guitar) and Fiona Iseli (electric bass, keys & backing vocals). Fäbu and Domi have already played in various bands, and Säschu and Fiona have been on board since 2019 due to their shared musical tastes.


With their album “On The Road”, the Gary Twins show that they are more than ready to present their music to the world. They are composing new songs and refining their grooves to record new songs in the studio in 2025. Fans of southern rock, blues and country should definitely keep the Gary Twins in their ears!
